Terms

Payments must be received at time of pick up or before shipment has been made. Gotta Go Surplus accepts Cash, Check, and all Major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex, Discover)

 

Freight

All loads are sold FOB (freight-on-board), the buyer pays for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are based on origin, destination and weight. All loads are sealed before shipping at Gotta Go Surplus. If you receive an un-sealed load, please contact Gotta Go Surplus before unloading the goods.

 

Availability

All material is sold on a first come first serve basis. Please check availability prior to purchase.

 

Condition of Equipment

Unless otherwise noted, all merchandise is sold “as is”. Because of the nature of this business, Gotta Go Surplus cannot guarantee the quality of products or merchandise sold. However, our customer satisfaction, consistent value and fast service keep our customers coming back year after year!
